How it works:

1. During registration: Participants can purchase the photo package at a reduced price when signing up for the event.

2. Before the event: You send us a list of emails for all participants who purchased the package.

3. After the event: Once the galleries go live, we email each pre-paid participant a unique voucher code that gives them 100% off at checkout.

Our goal is to have all participant photos online as quickly as possible, often within 24 hours of the event finishing.

Once all the photos are uploaded, the event organiser will send all participants an email with a link to start searching for their photos. From there, you can browse, select, and purchase your favourites right away.

The number of photos we capture of each participant can vary. It depends on factors like how many times you pass our photographers, the event layout, and how visible you are during the race.

All images where you can be clearly identified will appear in your personal gallery. If you spot additional photos of yourself that weren’t automatically matched, you can tag them so they’re added to your gallery.

Your full race gallery stays available on our platform for years to come, so you can view and buy your photos anytime.
